About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Worker to join our team at Radis Community Care. As a Community Care Worker, you will provide high-quality care to service users living independently in their own homes, tailoring your support to meet their unique needs and preferences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist service users with daily living tasks, personal care, and hygiene
- Provide light meal preparation and domestic support
- Administer medication as required
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, their families, and other healthcare professionals
Shifts and Availability:
We require our Care Workers to be available for shifts between 3pm and 11pm, with alternate weekends. This role is ideal for drivers due to the localities we serve.
