Position Overview:
*Duty Manager* at
  • M&S, Brighton Station. Pay Rate: £12.63 per hour, regardless of age, with an additional incentive of £1.50 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6am, resulting in a total pay rate of £14.13 per hour.
*Work Schedule:
  • Full Time, 37.5 hours per week, across any 5 days from 7, operating between 5am and midnight, with flexibility required for weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years old to fulfill certain responsibilities and to serve alcohol.

*AS A DUTY MANAGER, YOU WILL:

  • Have a minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a hospitality or retail environment.

  • Support and guide your team, maintaining a safe working and dining environment while addressing day-to-day queries.
