Job Title: Night Shift Duty Manager M&S

Are you a motivated and experienced supervisor looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a Night Shift Duty Manager to join our team at M&S in Brighton Station.

Job Summary:

The Night Shift Duty Manager will be responsible for creating a clean and welcoming atmosphere that exceeds customer expectations. You will guide and support your colleagues, maintain a safe working and dining environment, and oversee the unit's opening and closing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take charge of creating a clean and welcoming atmosphere that surpasses customer expectations.

  • Coordinate team efforts, overseeing the unit's opening and closing.
  • Focus on operational efficiency, staying informed about unit performance.
  • Recognise and celebrate exceptional service within the team.
  • Build strong relationships, communicate effectively, and make thoughtful decisions.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience working as a supervisor in hospitality or retail.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including nights and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
