About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Investment Management Team as an Investment Management Officer. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading company in the industry, Manpower Group (UK), and contribute to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analysis of project papers to ensure they meet expected quality standards, capturing and sharing learning with relevant stakeholders and promoting organisational learning.
  • Monitoring of process adherence across the fleet, providing insight into local and fleet levels of performance, highlighting and resolving gaps, escalating where required.
  • Coordinating and attending local/central Project Review Committees (PRCs) and Investment Approval Boards (IAB) as secretariat, capturing an accurate record of decisions made, as well as providing challenge, analysis, and identifying continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Ensuring data and systems are aligned through proactive administration of IMS2, including input to system upgrades, improvements, and ad-hoc changes as required.
  • Collaborating on the review and maintenance of the Project Delivery Process (PDP) including associated documentation, updates, and amendments.
  • Supporting the Investment Planning process, including providing guidance and coaching on the use of the Investment Planning application.
  • Leading and supporting communications of Investment Management updates, changes, and initiatives.
  • Providing guidance, coaching, and oversight to stakeholders from across the business in the Investment Management processes and systems, including sharing of best practice.
  • Assisting with ad-hoc requests, queries, improvements, analysis, and governance activities alongside other members of the IMT team.

Requirements:

  • Pro-active and forward-thinking individual with strong numeric and analytical skills.
  • Well-versed in packages such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to build relationships with the team and the wider business.
  • Understanding of financial, project, and planning processes within a highly regulated environment.
  • Ability to complete tasks to deadlines, with good attention to detail and time management skills.
