Position: Project Management Officer

Role Overview:
Are you an energetic individual dedicated to ensuring the seamless execution of projects, both internally and externally? As a Project Management Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting a Project Manager to drive projects from the initial sales transition through to project completion and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reviewing all project specifications and technical documentation.
  • Managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Placing orders for products and services utilizing the company's financial systems.
  • Monitoring and expediting the delivery of both in-house and supplier-provided items.
  • Coordinating logistics by leveraging the services of transportation subcontractors.
  • Ensuring compliance with quality, health and safety, and environmental management standards.
  • Coordinating field personnel for site operations and preparing site handover documentation.
  • Assisting the Senior Project Manager with detailed scheduling for site activities.
  • Monitoring and supporting site operations, maintaining daily communication with Site Managers/Supervisors.
  • Demonstrating proficiency in coordinating project tasks, both on-site and off-site.
  • Presenting data and information clearly and concisely for necessary approvals.
  • Effectively managing workload in alignment with project demands and strict timelines.

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time permanent role, contracted for 37.5 hours per week, with working hours from 08:00 to 16:45, Monday to Thursday, and 08:00 to 12:30 on Fridays.
