Job Summary:

The IT Project Engineer will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing IT projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Project Monitoring: Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Communication: Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
  • Documentation: Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
  • Change Management: Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
  • Professional Development: Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience as an IT Project Engineer or similar role.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and software development.
  • Project Management Tools: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project).
  • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
