About the Role:
PWS Technical Services (UK) LTD is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join their team. As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for the delivery of projects across various sectors, including water, wastewater, utilities, and industrial process industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage site-based teams and resolve technical, operational, and commercial issues related to various schemes.
- Plan, programme, and deliver contracts in conjunction with the regional team, internal departments, and subcontractors.
- Take responsibility for all assigned projects, including the review of estimates and designs to ensure buildability.
- Ensure HSEQ plans and RAMS are prepared for contracts in accordance with company policy.
- Attend regular meetings with the project team to provide progress reports and offer proposals or recommendations for successful delivery.
- Ensure the commercial team is provided with all relevant information, documentation, and instructions to support contract variations and final accounts submissions for payment.
- Assist the business in meeting financial targets and help manage suppliers and sub-contractors to improve safety, performance, and profit.
Requirements:
- SMSTS, CSCS Black Managers Card, Full 3 Day First Aid, EUSR Water Hygiene Card are all essential.
