We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Support Officer to join our Project Management Office (PMO) team at Roke Manor Research Limited. As a key member of our PMO team, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of our National Security Business Unit.
Key Responsibilities- Delivery Management Support: Provide expert support to our project teams, ensuring the successful delivery of projects and programs.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Reporting and Analysis: Develop and maintain reports to support governance, analyzing data to inform business decisions.
- Training and Development: Provide education and training to project teams on PMO procedures, processes, and tools.
- Service Catalogue Development: Lead the development and socialization of the PMO service catalogue for our Business Unit.
- Mentoring and Coaching: Support the wider team in a mentoring capacity, providing guidance and support to colleagues.
- Experience: Proven experience driving the development of PMO processes, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Technical Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform applications to support PMO service enhancement.
- Qualifications: Preferably an appropriate P3M qualification (P3O, APM, MoP, MSP, Prince2 etc.).
