Offshore Crewing Manager

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing offshore crewing activities across our fleet. This role requires strong leadership and management skills, with a focus on ensuring that our vessels are manned with competent, qualified, and experienced personnel.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and manage an assigned team, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.
- Develop and implement a manpower strategy, incorporating company Key Performance Indicators.
- Manage the crewing system, ensuring accurate personnel records and compliance with Maritime Labour Convention (MLC) requirements.
- Liaise with clients, operations, and technical departments on manning issues and employee activities.
- Conduct monthly manpower analysis and prepare Marine HR KPI reports.
- Monitor and review annual manning and crew travel budget analysis/OPEX reports.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills and experience working in seagoing HR teams.
- Strong relationship-building and people skills.
- Knowledge of Shipping HR related legislation, including STCW and MLC.
