About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Morden Hall Medical Centre. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and support.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assist the clinical team in providing patient care and support, ensuring the highest standards of care and compassion.
  • Undertake a range of clinical skills, including blood pressure measurement, ECGs, and venepuncture, in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
  • Prepare and maintain environments and equipment for patient care, ensuring a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, carers, and colleagues, providing clear and concise information and support.
  • Contribute to the improvement of services and maintain quality in own work, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
