We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Morden Hall Medical Centre. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist healthcare professionals in the delivery of patient care and support services.
  • Conduct routine clinical tasks, such as taking blood pressure, temperature, and pulse rate, and recording patient information.
  • Prepare and maintain patient records, including updating patient information and ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
  • Support patients with their health and wellbeing, including providing information and advice on healthy living and disease prevention.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and support.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control and health and safety protocols.
  • Participate in training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths.
  • Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a GP practice or similar environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and provide high-quality patient care.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
