Main Responsibilities:
* Provide clinical support to our clinicians, including taking vital signs, preparing patients for examinations, and assisting with minor procedures.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring that all relevant information is recorded and communicated to the clinical team.
* Assist with the preparation and maintenance of clinical areas, including cleaning and restocking equipment and supplies.
* Provide support to patients and their families, including answering questions, providing information, and offering emotional support.
* Work effectively as part of a team, communicating clearly and respectfully with colleagues, patients, and families.
Requirements:
* GCSEs to grade C or above (or equivalent).
* Open University HCA Diploma or equivalent (desirable).
