Role Overview:

The Customer Engagement Executive role is crucial in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be instrumental in fostering and maintaining relationships with both prospective and current clients, in line with our mission to build a collaborative global network to combat infectious diseases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market analysis and oversee a customer pipeline.
  • Manage a comprehensive Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Work closely with the Product Manager to address client inquiries and organize user groups.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to effectively resolve customer issues.
  • Evaluate competitors and stakeholders to identify key participants in the genomics sector.
  • Assist in cultivating an engaged user community.
  • Ensure a superior customer experience and respond to feedback in a timely manner.
  • Support procurement processes and contribute to the development of sales materials.
  • Help organize customer conferences and events.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in client-facing roles within the health or technology sectors.
  • Proven track record in startup or scale-up environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational capabilities.
