About the Role:

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients within a specific sector.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a group of clients within a particular sector, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Monitor client usage, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to increase client satisfaction and retention.
  • Engage in regular meetings with clients, both face-to-face and remotely, to discuss their needs and provide solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and pitch them to clients, driving revenue growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing clients within a B2B service environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to travel to client sites 2-3 times per month, with a valid driving license and access to a car.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary between £32,000 - £38,000, depending on experience, with a 20% performance-related bonus.
  • A hybrid working policy, with 3 days on-site and 2 days at home.
  • 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays, with a sickness and compassionate leave scheme.
