Spottitt is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Service Excellence Manager. This is a critical role that will play a key part in driving the growth and success of our company.
About the Role
This role will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to our clients, while also driving business growth and expansion. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality service and driving business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and expansion
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional service to clients, including project management and customer support
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with the product management team to identify and prioritize new features and functionality
- Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to drive business growth and expansion
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in a service delivery or business development role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with project management tools and software
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and stakeholders
