About the Role

At HipHopTune Media, we're seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you'll play a crucial role in driving the success of our geospatial analytics solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in geospatial data and experience with Trello or other team/project/task management software. Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English are essential for this position.

As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Defining and implementing work processes for our Service Delivery team.
  • Ensuring seamless service delivery for our clients, including tracking and quality control.
  • Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to improve our Net Promoter Score.
  • Driving automation and continuous improvement of service quality for our global client base.
  • Working with our Product Manager to identify service improvements and new service opportunities.
