About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Success Manager to join our team at Get Support IT Services. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong client relationships and ensuring they achieve their IT objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and accurate account support to clients, ensuring clear and consistent communication of all details.
  • Develop and expand client relationships, increasing service take-up and identifying new opportunities for growth.
  • Understand client business requirements and services provided by Get Support, ensuring seamless delivery and support.
  • Assist clients in setting goals and success criteria for Get Support's services, providing regular reporting and analysis.
  • Manage and monitor interactions with technical teams, proactively escalating issues and requests.
  • Create and deliver client presentations outlining performance issues and suggested courses of action.
  • Conduct periodic client service reviews, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
  • Identify new opportunities and products available for clients, ensuring they are aware of the latest services and solutions.
  • Onboard new clients from an account management perspective, supporting their transition to Get Support.
Requirements and Experience
  • A history of successfully leading and managing clients through escalations.
  • Experience and working knowledge of basic software security principles, concepts, and technologies may be an advantage.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Strong project management and time management skills.
  • Strong client service and account management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
