As a key member of our centre team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the smooth operation of our business centre, and supporting our clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and colleagues, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the business centre, including administration, maintenance, and facilities management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive and productive working environment.
  • Assist with the coordination of events, meetings, and other activities as required.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the business centre.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role or administration position is highly desirable.
