What you'll do
You will be instrumental in delivering expert Employee Relations advice and solutions for intricate and high-stakes cases across different geographic areas. By working alongside senior leaders and HR teams, you will cultivate trusted partnerships to guarantee that appropriate ER guidance is provided, and risks are effectively managed. You will prioritize ER cases and make well-informed decisions on how to navigate each scenario, ensuring a balanced approach that aligns with our core values and business responsibilities.
Furthermore, you will aid in enhancing line manager capabilities through coaching and support, particularly in handling disciplinary actions, ensuring fair treatment, and addressing performance-related concerns. Your responsibilities will also include overseeing occupational health matters, managing the consultation process, and contributing to proactive learning initiatives. With a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and staying informed about ER practices and trends, you will collaborate with teams throughout the organization to deliver credible ER advice and achieve favorable outcomes for the business.
Who you are
You possess extensive knowledge of all facets of employee relations, along with a solid understanding of employment legislation and occupational health, enabling you to provide expert advice and solutions for complex and high-risk situations. Your ability to forge trusted relationships with senior leaders and teams allows you to effectively support and guide them through case resolutions, ensuring that our business responsibilities are upheld and aligned with our core values. Your exceptional judgment, communication skills, and ability to leverage data to understand issues empower you to deliver efficient, professional, and credible advice while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to policies and procedures.
