What you'll do

You will be instrumental in delivering expert Employee Relations advice and solutions for intricate and high-stakes cases across diverse geographic areas. You will prioritize ER cases and make well-informed decisions on how to address each scenario, ensuring a balanced approach that aligns with our core values and business responsibilities.

Furthermore, you will aid in enhancing line manager capabilities through coaching and support, particularly in handling disciplinary actions, ensuring fair treatment, and addressing performance-related issues.
