Furthermore, you will aid in enhancing line manager capabilities through coaching and support, particularly in handling disciplinary actions, ensuring fair treatment, and addressing performance-related concerns. Your responsibilities will also include overseeing occupational health matters, managing the consultation process, and contributing to proactive learning initiatives. With a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and staying informed about ER practices and regulations, you will collaborate with teams throughout the organization to deliver credible ER guidance and achieve favorable outcomes for the business.

You possess extensive knowledge of all facets of employee relations, coupled with a solid understanding of employment legislation and occupational health, enabling you to provide expert advice and solutions for complex and high-risk scenarios.
