Furthermore, you will aid in enhancing line manager capabilities through coaching and support, particularly in handling disciplinary actions, ensuring fair treatment, and addressing performance-related concerns. You possess extensive knowledge of all facets of employee relations, coupled with a solid understanding of employment legislation and occupational health, enabling you to provide expert advice and solutions for complex and high-risk scenarios. Your ability to establish trusted relationships with senior leaders and teams within the organization allows you to effectively support and guide them through case resolutions, ensuring that our business responsibilities are upheld and aligned with our core values.
