Gi Group is currently seeking a skilled Administrator to support our Public Sector client in Sleaford. The successful candidate will provide a high standard of administrative support, fostering positive customer relations and effective collaboration.

The Administrator will be tasked with entering and managing data within various systems, alongside handling relevant correspondence, ensuring a flexible and adaptable approach to meet diverse deadlines and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:


Serve as a primary contact for the department, addressing routine and specialized inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, while relaying pertinent information to stakeholders.

Maintain and input data into computerized systems, along with managing associated correspondence.
Oversee data entry and generate reports from digital systems as needed.
Coordinate and schedule assessments and reviews, including communication with individuals, family members, representatives, and other relevant professionals.
Prepare and compile necessary documentation to support service delivery.
Assist in the administrative setup of care packages.
Organize departmental meetings, including minute-taking, calendar management, and planning of administrative tasks as required.
Efficiently handle invoice inquiries.
Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including telephone calls and mail.
Address complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
Perform word processing and document management tasks, such as scanning and photocopying.
Qualifications:

2 A-Levels or NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent).
Desirable experience in a healthcare setting.
Experience in customer service or working with service users.
Background in a fast-paced administrative environment.
Familiarity with computerized data systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong keyboard skills.
Excellent writing and numeracy abilities.
Effective communicator with strong data entry and telephone skills.
