About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Support Officer to join our IAPT Service team at Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, ensuring the smooth running of appointments, and maintaining confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gathering and inputting accurate information onto a database
  • Producing basic reports, including graphs and tables, as directed
  • Communicating sensitively with service users and maintaining confidentiality
  • General administration duties, including answering phones, taking messages, and dealing with enquiries
  • Assisting with the effective dissemination of information and maintaining room bookings
  • Assisting in scheduling appointments and diary management

Person Specification

  • NVQ level 2 Business and Administration or equivalent
  • ECDL or equivalent, including basic knowledge of MS Office packages
  • GCSE in English, grades A-C or grade 9-4 or level 2 Literacy or equivalent
  • Relevant experience of working in a general administrative background
