About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Legacy Campaign Manager to join our team at Clearwater People Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our Income Generation team, you will play a critical role in driving growth through creative campaigns and groundbreaking products, raising awareness both internally and externally about the significance of Legacy and In Memory fundraising.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all day-to-day activities around legacy and in memory fundraising, ensuring seamless coordination and empowering broader teams to support delivery.
  • Propel our Legacy Fundraising strategy forward and implement an In Memory Giving strategy aimed at boosting income.
  • Ensure all activities comply with GDPR, Fundraising Code of Practice, and best practice guidelines from the Chartered Institute of Fundraising.
  • Collaborate with the Income Generation, Marketing, and Communications teams to maintain consistency in our brand and messaging.

What You'll Need:

  • Proven experience in legacy and in memory fundraising, with a track record of driving growth and awareness.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects and teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of fundraising regulations and best practices, with the ability to ensure compliance.
