Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legacy Manager to join our team at CSG Recruitment Solutions. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive legacy and in-memory giving strategy, driving growth and innovation through new campaigns and products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with supporters and their families to promote the importance of the funds raised.
  • Develop and deliver a range of innovative and impactful fundraising campaigns to a wide range of audiences.
  • Manage and develop relationships with external agencies and providers to drive growth and deliver results.
  • Establish, develop, and maximize the potential of tribute funds and manage relationships with associated families and supporters.
Person Specification
  • Experience working on a campaign stewardship journey.
  • Able to process and work well from data and spreadsheets.
  • Experience of delivering income growth within a charity.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently, innovate, and lead by example.
