Job Title: Experienced Legacy Manager

Legacy and In-Memory Manager

We are seeking an experienced Legacy Manager to join our team at CSG Recruitment Solutions. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive legacy and in-memory giving strategy to drive growth and innovation in our fundraising activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement a legacy and in-memory giving strategy to drive growth and innovation in our fundraising activities.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with supporters and their families to promote the importance of the funds raised.
  3. Manage and develop relationships with external agencies and providers to drive growth and deliver results.
  4. Establish and develop tribute funds and manage relationships with associated families/supporters.
Requirements:
  1. Experience working on campaign stewardship journeys.
  2. Able to process and work well from data and spreadsheets.
  3. Experience of delivering income growth within a charity.
  4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  5. Able to work on your own, innovate, and lead through example.

Salary: £31k-£35k DOE.

Location: Will be split between Rochester, home working & Redhill (mainly located in Rochester).
