Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Legacy Manager to join our team at CSG Recruitment Solutions. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive legacy and in-memory giving strategy to drive growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a range of innovative and impactful fundraising campaigns to engage with a wide range of audiences.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with supporters, their families, and external agencies to promote the importance of legacy giving.
  • Take ownership of tribute funds and manage relationships with associated families and supporters to maximize their potential.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement a comprehensive legacy and in-memory giving strategy.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in legacy and in-memory fundraising, with a track record of delivering income growth within a charity.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with supporters and external agencies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of autonomy and initiative.
  • Excellent data analysis and spreadsheet skills, with the ability to process and work with data to inform fundraising strategies.
