Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legacy Campaign Manager to join our team at Clearwater People Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our income generation team, you will be responsible for driving growth through creative campaigns and innovative fundraising strategies.

Main Responsibilities
  • Legacy Fundraising Strategy
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive legacy fundraising strategy to increase income and engagement.
    • Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to ensure consistency in brand and messaging.
  • In Memory Giving Strategy
    • Design and execute an in memory giving strategy to boost income and donor engagement.
    • Work closely with the income generation team to ensure seamless coordination and delivery.
  • Tribute Fund Programme
    • Develop and manage a tribute fund programme to establish and nurture relationships with families and supporters.
    • Ensure all activities comply with GDPR, Fundraising Code of Practice, and best practice guidelines from the Chartered Institute of Fundraising.
  • Donor Acquisition and Retention
    • Innovate new approaches for donor acquisition, retention, and engagement.
    • Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to scale the impact of fundraising efforts.
  • Donor Experience
    • Manage the welcome experience for in memory donors and legacy enquirers.
    • Ensure ongoing processes for thanking, stewardship, and donation processing are top-notch.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in legacy and in memory fundraising.
  • Strong understanding of fundraising strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of GDPR, Fundraising Code of Practice, and best practice guidelines from the Chartered Institute of Fundraising.
