Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legacy Manager to join our team at CSG Recruitment Solutions. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive legacy and in-memory giving strategy, driving growth and innovation through new campaigns and products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Legacy and In-Memory Fundraising
    • Develop and execute a strategic plan to increase legacy and in-memory giving, including identifying and engaging with key stakeholders and supporters.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement new fundraising campaigns and products, ensuring alignment with the charity's overall strategy.
  • Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with supporters, their families, and external agencies to promote the importance of legacy and in-memory giving.
    • Develop and manage tribute funds, ensuring maximum potential and impact.
  • Performance Measurement and Reporting
    • Track and analyze legacy and in-memory giving performance, providing regular reports and insights to inform strategy and decision-making.
Requirements
  • Experience and Skills
    • Proven track record of delivering income growth within a charity or similar organization.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
    • Experience working with data and spreadsheets to inform fundraising strategies.
  • Education and Qualifications
    • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Able to work independently, with a high degree of autonomy and initiative.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and innovatively.
