We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legacy Campaign Manager to join our team at Clearwater People Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our income generation team, you will be responsible for driving growth through creative campaigns and innovative fundraising strategies.
Main Responsibilities- Legacy Fundraising Strategy
- Develop and implement a comprehensive legacy fundraising strategy to increase income and engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to ensure consistency in brand and messaging.
- In Memory Giving Strategy
- Design and execute an in memory giving strategy to boost income and donor engagement.
- Work closely with the income generation team to ensure seamless coordination and delivery.
- Tribute Fund Programme
- Establish and nurture relationships with families and supporters to create a tribute fund programme.
- Develop and implement a strategy to increase donor acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- Donor Experience
- Manage the welcome experience for in memory donors and legacy enquirers.
- Ensure ongoing processes for thanking, stewardship, and donation processing are of the highest standard.
- Compliance and Governance
- Ensure all activities comply with GDPR, Fundraising Code of Practice, and best practice guidelines from the Chartered Institute of Fundraising.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in legacy and in memory fundraising.
- Strong understanding of fundraising strategies and tactics.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
