Job Description

CSG Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legacy and In-Memory Fundraising Manager to join our team. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive legacy and in-memory fundraising strategy to drive growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain relationships with supporters and their families to promote the importance of the funds raised.
  • Develop and deliver innovative and impactful fundraising campaigns to a wide range of audiences.
  • Manage and develop relationships with external agencies and providers to drive growth and deliver results.
  • Establish and maximize the potential of tribute funds and manage relationships with associated families/supporters.
Requirements:
  • Experience working on a campaign stewardship journey.
  • Able to process and work well from data and spreadsheets.
  • Experience of delivering income growth within a charity.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and lead through example.
