Job Opportunity: Team Administrator
About the Role
Yolk Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and organized Team Administrator to join their team. As a Team Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, ensuring the smooth operation of the office, and providing exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events
- Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other documents as required
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Proven administrative experience, with a strong understanding of office procedures and protocols
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
