About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior HR Business Partner to join our team at Majestic Wine. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in developing and delivering the People plan in our Retail teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support our retail business and grow in your HR career by working closely with the Senior HR Business Partner to deliver strategic HR support, drive organisational effectiveness, and foster a positive work environment.
  • Utilise your excellent communication, coaching and influencing skills to upskill Line Managers and drive consistency and best practice.
  • Build strong internal stakeholder relationships by using your excellent communication skills and being visible in the field.
  • Work closely with the ER Advisor and Senior HR Business Partners in addressing employee inquiries, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  • Support our robust talent & succession planning process combined with the recruitment strategy, by participating in the hiring process, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to attract top talent.
  • Assist in the execution of performance management process, including performance reviews, feedback processes, and development plans.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements by staying updated on HR laws and regulations, and assist in policy development and communication.
  • Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction, including engagement surveys and action planning.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports on HR metrics, such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and recruitment statistics.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, providing research, analysis, and administrative support as needed.
