The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to spearhead our growth in the UK market. This role demands a proven track record of success in enterprise sales, with a demonstrated ability to consistently exceed targets and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Your Responsibilities
- Drive new revenue generation exceeding $1 million within the first fiscal year by actively cultivating new client relationships through outbound sales initiatives and strategic networking, supported by our marketing efforts.
- Develop and nurture a robust network of high-value accounts using an account-based sales approach to identify and capitalize on lucrative opportunities.
- Demonstrate exceptional leadership potential by managing, coaching, and mentoring a growing sales team after establishing yourself as a top individual contributor.
Your Qualifications
- Possess a proven history of successfully challenging and overcoming established competitors in the enterprise software space.
- Bring 10+ years of demonstrable experience in driving successful sales outcomes within complex organizations.
- Have a consistent record of closing significant deals (6/7 figures) with a deep understanding of the sales cycle.
- Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing CRM systems to effectively manage team sales activities, pipeline development, and deal closure processes.
- Showcase extensive experience selling data-driven technology solutions to Asset Management, Wealth Management, and Asset Owner clients.
