Job Summary:

Network HR is seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Business Partner to join our team. As a critical member of the Transformation Office, you will play a key role in delivering complex organizational change for a global financial services firm based in London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement an end-to-end implementation plan for organizational transformation, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Act as trusted counsel to the Chief People Officer, Chief of Staff, and Transformation Office on all people-related implementation items, providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Coach and upskill the broader HR team to enhance their capabilities and support the transformation effort.
  • Provide employment law expertise and commercial acumen to inform business decisions and drive results.
  • Demonstrate resilience, drive, and self-management in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and mandates.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of delivering complex organizational change projects, with a focus on people-related implementation.
  • Strong employment law expertise and commercial acumen, with the ability to provide expert advice and guidance.
  • Excellent coaching and development skills, with the ability to upskill and empower the HR team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a complex structure, with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
