Shift Pattern: Fixed and continuous, allowing you to plan your life effectively. This is a full-time role that requires working alternate weekends and participating in out-of-hours phone duty as part of a broader team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in creating staff rotas and working patterns to ensure comprehensive service coverage with the support of a Care Manager.
  • Coordinate daily service delivery, managing inquiries from staff, clients, and collaborating health professionals.
  • Conduct formal checks on staff in the field.
  • Perform initial care assessments and develop and update client care plans.
  • Contribute to delivering high-quality care through effective communication and teamwork.
  • Provide care coverage in contingency situations.

Requirements
  • A full UK driving license and access to a car are essential.
  • A smartphone is required.
  • We seek applicants with a natural caring disposition, which is crucial for achieving the best outcomes for clients.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills are necessary.
  • Experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a care setting is required.

We require a genuine passion for caring for others. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and have the right to work in the UK. Working hours will be between 6 am - 2:30 pm (AM shift) or 3:30 pm - 11 pm (PM shift), with alternate weekends or every Saturday/Sunday required. We provide industry-leading training to ensure that even those without prior knowledge can excel as Care Workers.
