About the Role

C M Community Care Limited is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including washing, dressing, and administering medication.
  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as preparing meals and managing household chores.
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, helping to reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure clients receive comprehensive care and support.
  • Maintain accurate records of client care and progress, ensuring confidentiality and data protection.

Requirements

  • Must have a passion for caring for others and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
  • Must have a smartphone and be able to use it to communicate with colleagues and clients.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid right to work in the UK.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and be willing to travel to clients' homes.
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on client-centered care.
