Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Active Care Group. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients with complex health needs in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support clients with personal care, medication, moving and handling, and managing clinical equipment
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Encourage clients to maintain their independence and engage in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being
  • Work collaboratively with our clinical and business leadership teams to ensure the highest standards of care are delivered

Requirements:

  • Kind and caring nature
  • Flexibility and reliability
  • Good communication skills
  • Full driver's license and own means of transportation

  • Competitive hourly rate of £11.50 (increasing to £12 after successful completion of probation)
