Job Overview

The Residential Support Worker will work directly with children and young people with learning disabilities, providing support and care to help them achieve their goals and maximize their potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build effective relationships with children, young people, their families, and other professionals.
  • Provide support and care to children who may be awake through the night.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to promote the health and happiness of the children.
  • Contribute to the development of the children's skills and abilities.

Requirements

  • Experience working with children and young people with disabilities or challenging behavior.
  • Passion and motivation for making a difference and promoting health and happiness.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
