We are seeking a compassionate and caring Support Worker to join our team at Thera Trust. As a valued member of our team, you will be supporting adults with a learning disability in their daily lives, helping them to achieve their personal goals and ambitions.

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing personal and emotional support, helping individuals to develop new skills, and supporting them in their daily routines. You will also be involved in planning and managing individual care plans, ensuring that each person receives the support they need to live independently.

We are looking for someone who is confident, articulate, and professional, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be a self-starter, with a high level of motivation, and a keenness to learn in a fast-paced environment. If you have a passion for making a difference to people's lives, we would love to hear from you.
