Work Schedule

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating staff rotas and working patterns to ensure comprehensive service coverage with support from a Care Manager.
- Coordinate daily service delivery, managing inquiries from staff, clients, and collaborating health professionals.
- Conduct formal checks on staff in the field.
- Perform initial care assessments and develop and update client care plans.
- Contribute to delivering high-quality care through effective communication and teamwork.
- Provide care coverage in contingency situations.
Requirements
- A full UK driving license and access to a car are essential.
- A smartphone is required.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills are necessary.
- Experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Previous experience in a care setting is required.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about caring for others. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and available to work between 6 AM - 2:30 PM (AM shift) or 3:30 PM - 11 PM (PM shift), including alternate weekends. A right to work in the UK is required. Experience in care is not mandatory, as we provide industry-leading training to ensure all staff can excel in their roles.
