Work Schedule
This is a full-time role with a fixed and continuous shift pattern, enabling you to manage your personal life effectively. You will be required to work alternate weekends and participate in an out-of-hours phone duty as part of a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in creating staff rotas and working schedules to ensure comprehensive service coverage.
  • Coordinate daily service delivery, addressing inquiries from staff, clients, and healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct formal assessments of staff performance in the field.
  • Perform initial care evaluations and maintain updated client care plans.
  • Contribute to delivering high-quality care through effective communication and teamwork.
  • Provide care coverage as needed during contingencies.

Candidate Requirements
  • Possession of a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
  • Ownership of a smartphone.
  • A natural inclination towards caring for others, which is essential for achieving optimal client outcomes.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Experience in a care environment is essential.
