Paid Social Media Strategist - Lead GenerationWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Paid Social Media Strategist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven paid social media strategies focused on lead generation and performance marketing within the UK market.
Your Responsibilities:- Lead Generation Focused Strategies: Design and implement targeted paid social media campaigns with a primary focus on high-scale lead generation, conversion optimization, and achieving exceptional performance metrics.
- Performance Driven Campaign Management: Oversee the creation, execution, and continuous optimization of high-volume ad campaigns, meticulously tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost per acquisition (CPA), cost per lead (CPL), and return on investment (ROI). Ensure content is consistently optimized for driving sales conversions.
- Data-Driven Analytics and Reporting: Leverage advanced analytics tools to monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance with a strong emphasis on lead generation metrics. Make data-informed decisions to continuously refine and improve campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with creative, compliance, and other internal teams to ensure seamless campaign development and execution. Provide valuable insights on creative performance to inform future campaign strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, with a preference for specialization in digital marketing or performance marketing. (Equivalent experience will be considered.)
- Proven track record of success in paid social media marketing at scale, demonstrating expertise in lead generation, performance marketing, and conversion optimization. Experience within the life insurance industry is desirable but not essential.
- In-depth knowledge and practical experience utilizing social media platforms to drive leads and sales, with a strong focus on performance analytics and optimization. Extensive experience driving leads through Meta (Facebook & Instagram) is required. Lead generation experience through other platforms (TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube) is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Advanced skills in analytics and performance measurement, proficient in utilizing tools and techniques for tracking lead generation and conversion metrics.
- Strategic thinking with a performance-driven mindset, capable of translating data insights into actionable lead generation strategies.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple high-performance campaigns simultaneously.
- Results-oriented individual with a passion for achieving tangible business outcomes through digital marketing efforts.
