About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Social Media Manager to join our team at Neilson Financial Services. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing targeted paid social media strategies focused on lead generation and performance metrics.

This is a 12-month maternity cover opportunity, and we are looking for someone with a passion for digital marketing and a proven track record in paid social media marketing at scale. If you have expertise in utilising social media platforms to drive leads and sales, with a strong focus on performance analytics and optimization, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead Generation Focused Strategies: Develop and execute paid social media strategies with a primary focus on high-scale lead generation, conversion optimization, and achieving high-performance metrics.
  2. Performance Driven Campaign Management: Oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of high-scale ad campaigns, rigorously focusing on performance indicators such as CPA, CPL, and ROI, ensuring content is optimised for sales delivery.
  3. Data-Driven Analytics and Reporting: Utilise advanced analytics to monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance with an emphasis on lead generation metrics, making data-informed decisions to continuously optimize campaigns.

Requirements
