About the Role

This is a 12-month maternity cover opportunity, and we are looking for someone with a passion for digital marketing and a proven track record in paid social media marketing at scale. Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead Generation Focused Strategies: Develop and execute paid social media strategies with a primary focus on high-scale lead generation, conversion optimization, and achieving high-performance metrics.
  2. Performance Driven Campaign Management: Oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of high-scale ad campaigns, rigorously focusing on performance indicators such as CPA, CPL, and ROI, ensuring content is optimised for sales delivery.
  3. Data-Driven Analytics and Reporting: Utilise advanced analytics to monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance with an emphasis on lead generation metrics, making data-informed decisions to continuously optimize campaigns.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, with a strong preference for specialization in digital marketing or performance marketing.

  • Expertise in utilising social media platforms to drive leads and sales, with a strong focus on performance analytics and optimization.
