Position Overview

As the Lead Social Media Strategist, you will oversee the online presence of various brands, formulating social media strategies, generating engaging content, tracking essential KPIs, collaborating with clients, and managing social media campaigns. Your role will be pivotal in bringing brands to life through effective paid and organic social strategies, producing timely content, and planning to enhance brand visibility and foster engagement.

Key Responsibilities for this Lead Social Media Strategist position include:

  • Design and implement detailed social media content strategies, crafting engaging captions and producing compelling content by utilizing current trends.
  • Plan, develop, and execute multi-channel paid social campaigns aimed at boosting engagement and organic growth.
  • Oversee the daily management of all social media platforms, tailoring content to fit various channels.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on relevant KPIs, providing recommendations for performance enhancements.

Candidate Profile

  • 4-5+ years of experience in managing paid social media campaigns with a proven history of producing high-quality content that drives engagement and growth.
  • Proficient in creating and writing social media posts that resonate with audiences across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Pinterest, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with stakeholders at all levels, and comfortable presenting to clients.
  • Experience with scheduling tools like Sprout, Hootsuite, and Asana.
  • Proficient in setting up and monitoring paid social campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed using tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights.
  • Experience with content creation tools such as Canva and CapCut (or similar) is essential.
