Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a social media strategy that aligns with our brand pillars and objectives, and drives channel growth, brand awareness, and sales.
  • Manage all aspects of our social media channels, including content creation, planning, caption writing, and community management.
  • Research and analyze social media trends and recommend new opportunities and ideas to enhance our online presence.
  • Create and deliver a plan to maximize the potential of all social media channels to drive brand reach, engagement, and conversion.
  • Develop and implement paid social media campaigns that drive sales of our handcrafted accessories and accents.
  • Monitor, track, analyze, and report on performance on social media platforms.
  • Contribute to marketing planning with ideas and suggestions.
  • Support other ongoing activities as required, including website content management, PR support, email marketing, events, and photoshoots.

Requirements

  • A passion for social media and a love of keeping up with the latest trends and developments.
  • Demonstrable strong social media and content creation experience and skills.
  • Excellent creative social media copywriting skills.
  • Results-driven with skills and experience of social media analytics and reporting.
  • Photoshop, Canva, and video editing skills and experience required.
  • Social media scheduling tools, such as Later.
  • Proficient in the full Microsoft Office software suite.
  • Website content management experience, including Shopify, Big Commerce, and SAP.
  • Fresh creative ideas, thinking outside the box, providing solutions, and a positive "can-do" attitude.
  • Experience in the luxury/interior design sector.
  • Driving license and own car would be helpful.
  • Live locally.
