About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and organized Temporary Administrator to join our team at SF Recruitment (Nottingham). This is a temporary to permanent opportunity, requiring immediate availability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating and managing folders and files
  • Supporting filing tasks, raising invoices and purchase orders
  • Answering phone calls and inputting delivery notes
  • Reporting, responding, and actioning breakdowns and faults of hired plant
  • Processing invoices and subcontract invoices
  • Ensuring all hire/sale transactions are inputted correctly onto the system
  • Allocating incoming electronic mail and correspondence to the correct team members
  • Meeting and greeting visitors to the office
  • Providing administrative support to line managers
  • Processing material orders and ordering hired plant and transport
  • General filing and administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • NVQ 3 Business & Administration or equivalent
  • GCSE English & Maths Grade C/4 or above
  • Strong IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel
  • Good organizational and timekeeping skills
  • Accuracy of administration and compliance with company standards
  • Pro-active with the ability to work under pressure
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy of administration
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

Working Hours: 8:30am - 5pm, Monday - Friday, with an early finish of 4:30pm on Fridays

Hourly Rate: £11.44
