SF Recruitment (Nottingham) is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team on a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract basis. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and colleagues.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by professionally handling all incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate person and taking messages when necessary.
- Process invoices and record quotations, ensuring that all administration and property documentation is appropriately stored, both electronically and physically.
- Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
