Due to company growth and recent expansion of our Estates. We are looking for an Estates Administrator to join our current support team. **This role will be based in our Belper Support Centre 5 days per week.**

The Estates Administrator position is a pivotal role in supporting the Estates team to help deliver an efficient Estates service to our homes and schools, ensuring the quality of care to our young people remains at the highest possible standard.

The key objective of the role is to ensure the current national portfolio of homes and schools are maintained to the highest standards, in line with relevant regulatory and health and safety requirements, while also assisting where requested in the management / timely opening of new residential care homes across the country in line with the company’s strategic objectives.

**Key elements of the role**
- General day-to-day administration in relation to supporting the Estates and Fleet elements of the department, as well as to support subsequent follow up and identification of ways of making business processes as cost-effective for the business as possible.
- Maintaining the Estates’ and Fleet’s reference folders for each property, including service contracts, leases, quotations, health and safety documentation.
- Assist the Estates Coordinator to ensure all maintenance tasks are chased, prioritised effectively, and completed in a timely manner, by triaging requested maintenance works on the JIRA facilities management system.
- Assist Vehicle Coordinator to ensure all weekly vehicle checks have been completed correctly, highlighting any issues to the Vehicle Coordinator.
- Attend all estate-related meetings when requested and undertake any subsequent actions as requested.
- Undertake other general duties as required from time to time to assist in the success of the Estates team, Fleet, and the business as a whole.

- An ability to deal with maintenance issues and requests in an appropriate manner in line with budget/other financial requirements.
