Blue Stream Academy is a market-leading eLearning and Management platform provider, supplying the General Practice (GP), Health & Social Care, Hospice, Private & Urgent Care, and Dental sectors throughout the UK.

**Responsibilities**

Working alongside the Marketing Manager, your main duties will include:

- **Campaign Support **- assisting in the implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels. Monitoring and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- **Event Preparation** **and Attendance** - helping to organise and execute attendance at marketing events, conferences, and promotional activities. Coordinating event logistics, including travel, accommodation, stock, and supportive materials.
- **Market Research** - gathering data and researching audiences, businesses, and sectors in line with Blue Stream Academy’s marketing objectives to support market insight and campaign development.
- **Administrative Support **- assisting with ongoing CRM, mailing list, and customer database maintenance. Handling miscellaneous tasks and projects as needed to support the organisation’s marketing objectives.

- Maths and English (GCSE Grade 6 or above)
- Marketing Qualification (Level 4 or above, or 2+ years marketing experience)

**Where will I be working?**

This position is a full-time role (Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 17:30) and is carried out in an office setting based in Milford, Derbyshire, alongside a vibrant accounts management team. The Marketing Assistant will also be required to attend exhibitions, conferences, and networking events within the UK.
